Return Policy (Domestic)

All our products are handmade with great care by skilled artisans, so we do not offer returns unless:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive a wrong product.

In such cases, contact us via Email | Call | WhatsApp, and we’ll arrange a reverse pickup and process a refund.

Exchange Policy

We ensure the highest quality products, but if you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange.

Exchange Guidelines:

• Raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Exchange is not available for products bought on sale.
• Exchange is not available for international orders.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
• Once exchanged, a product cannot be exchanged again.
