What are the Shipping Charges?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

For International orders, we provide free shipping on orders above INR 20,000. On orders below INR 20,000, flat INR 2,000 will be charged.

Are there any duties and taxes applicable?

For Domestic orders, no additional taxes or duties are charged.

For internal orders, we are unable to calculate when and how much taxes or duties will be levied. In such cases, any extra charges will be borne by the customer.

Can I change the shipping address of the order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address before the product is dispatched. Therefore, kindly reach out to us as soon as possible via Email | Call | Whatsapp.

 

How can I cancel my order?

We do not allow order cancellation. Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed. In special cases, kindly reach out to us within 1 hour we'll try our best to fix it.

What is the delivery timeline?

The estimated delivery time will differ based on location but we try our best to deliver within 7-10 days. Once the order is dispatched, we send a notification and tracking details to the customer.

Where are the order shipped from?

All the orders are shipped from Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
