DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
All our products are handmade with an excessive amount of care and love. They are made by our skilled artisans and it takes a lot of time to create the pieces once we receive an order, therefore to safeguard their efforts and time we do not offer returns. Unless it’s a default from our side and we have sent you a damaged product | different product from what is ordered you can reach out to us via Email | Phone | Whatsapp and we’ll initiate a reverse pickup and also refund the amount.
EXCHANGE POLICY
At 365 Days of Cotton, we make sure that the highest quality product will arrive at your doorstep.
However, if you are not satisfied with the product received, we are happy to exchange it for you.

Exchange requests will only be accepted under certain conditions:
- If a product has been exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged second time.
- All products bought on sale are not eligible for exchange.
- We will only accept an exchange request if it is raised or you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Any product that has been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Exchange is not available for international orders. In an unusual event if any product you received is damaged or defective, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY:
No Return | Exchange is available on International Orders.
