What are the Shipping Charges?

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 1999\- within India.

For orders below Rs 1999\- and COD orders flat Rs 100\- will be charged.

For International orders, we provide free shipping on orders above USD 200. On orders below USD 200, flat USD 25 will be charged.

Are there any duties and taxes applicable?

For Domestic orders, no additional taxes or duties are charged.

For internal orders, we are unable to calculate when and how much taxes or duties will be levied. In such cases, any extra charges will be borne by the customer.

Can I change the shipping address of the order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address before the product is dispatched. Therefore, kindly reach out to us as soon as possible via Email | Call | Whatsapp.

What is the delivery timeline?

The estimated delivery time will differ based on location but we try to our best to deliver within 7-10 days. Once the order is dispatched, we send a notification and tracking details to the customer.

Where are the order shipped from?

All the orders are shipped from Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

All our products are handmade with an excessive amount of care and love. They are made by our skilled artisans and it takes a lot of time to create the pieces once we receive an order, therefore to safeguard their efforts and time we do not offer returns. Unless it’s a default from our side and we have sent you a damaged product | different product from what is ordered you can reach out to us via Email | Phone | Whatsapp and we’ll initiate a reverse pickup and also refund the amount.

EXCHANGE POLICY

At 365 Days of Cotton, we make sure that the highest quality product will arrive at your doorstep.

However, if you are not satisfied with the product received, we are happy to exchange it for you.

Exchange requests will only be accepted under certain conditions:

If a product has been exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged second time.

All products bought on sale are not eligible for exchange.

We will only accept an exchange request if it is raised or you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Any product that has been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Exchange is not available for international orders. In an unusual event if any product you received is damaged or defective, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
