- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a wrong product.
In such cases, contact us via Email | Call | WhatsApp, and we’ll arrange a reverse pickup and process a refund.
Exchange Policy
We ensure the highest quality products, but if you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange.
Exchange Guidelines:
- Raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Exchange is not available for products bought on sale.
- Exchange is not available for international orders.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Once exchanged, a product cannot be exchanged again.
